DALIAN JINA BEARING warrants its products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship
JINA Corporation will replace free of charge within one year of date of purchase, any product which has failed its normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. Such product must be returned to JINA Corporation., transportation charges prepaid.
The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any product which has not been properly lubricated, subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or which shall have been repaired or altered in any way so as, in the judgment of JINA Corp., to affect adversely its performance and reliability, nor a product used for a purpose for which it is not designed. A written explanation of any claimed failure must accompany the bearings. A Return Goods Authorization number must be obtained from the factory.
This agreement to replace defective parts is buyer's exclusive remedy and is expressly in lieu of, and is hereby in disclaimer of, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as all other implied warranties, in law or equity, and of all other obligations or liabilities on seller's part. Seller's agreement hereunder runs only to the immediate purchasers and does not extend, expressly or by implication, to any other person. In no event shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty shall be governed by the uniform commercial code.
In no event shall JINA Corporation be liable for indidental or consequential damages to purchases, immediate or remote buyers, and in no event may the company’s liability exceed the purchase price of the products.
